First Riker Box

We participated in the nature exchange hosted by Muddle Puddles to Meteors this fall and were lucky enough to exchange with a family from Scotland! We were trying to decide how best to keep these items when we learned about riker boxes. I know you have probably seen one in museums! Its basically a thin black box with a clear top and stuffing inside to help hold the items in place. Brian and I ordered one for Maddie for Christmas and we put most of the items from the exchange into the box. Then I stuck an envelope on the back with double stick tape to hold the note the family sent to us as well.
